Just booked our ADR's for christmas day, we are going to Chef Mickeys in the Contemporary for Character Breakfast Buffet and then in the evening to 1900 Park Fare for Cinderellas Gala Feast..... cant wait...:d:

we can not book until 26th of June.. really worried party of 16 think we will struggle,,

We were a party of 16 last year and done ok for all our ADRs.

A couple of times we had to juggle times slightly but as long as you are flexable you will be fine.

Also they wil accomodate you at more than one table, the only table we got as a 16 was in 1900 PF. The rest of the time we were at tables next to each other.

In saying that though it was not Christmas so hope you get what your looking for, if not just keep trying as people do cancel

The menu is great. I presume your boys would eat off the normal menu although they could eat from the kids menu if it suited them better.

I see you are onsite so you can book 180 days from your check in date. Looking at your countdown it seems as though you can book now. When do you check in?

You will need to call Disney dining. Call 0844 861 7878 for a 1p per minute call and then dial 001-407-939-3463.

I would really advise you to do this now as the restaurants are filling up fast!:wave:

If you check in on 19th Dec your ADR day was yesterday. So you could book yesterday for the 19th up to the 29th Dec. So today you can book up to the 30th Dec.:thumbs-up

If you are not staying on site in disney then you can book 180 in advance which for christmas day i think is the 28th june, if you are staying in disney from the 11th Dec then you can book now.

From what I read on the ADR explanation page at the top of this forum, you can book for the first ten days of your holiday on the 180 day before you go.
As you fly on the 11th, you can only reserve up to the 21st Dec now. Therefore I think you will be able to reserve on Sat, the usual day for Xmas reservations.


I think we can make ours either tomorrow or Wednesday. My mum has them all written down, and I have to phone lol

So you have been given the wrong information. On the 14th June you could have booked for the 11th Dec up to the 21st Dec.

15th June for the 22nd Dec
16th June for the 23rd Dec
17th June for the 24th Dec
18th June for the 25th Dec

You need to call again and get someone who knows what they are doing.

I really don't understand why you are having a problem. When I called to book I was checking in on the 14th Dec and was able to book up to the 24th Dec. I enquired when I would be able to book for Xmas Day and I was told 28th June just like you.

I knew this wasn't right and called the following day and had no problem booking for Xmas Day at the Cali Grill.

You would need to contact TCS to get your Disney reference number in order to guarantee you can book before the 28th.

Its so annoying as I have had to do this before and after ages getting it I called and they didn't ask for it.:nonono:

You could try ringing and very nicely explaning that the only number you have is a TA number and if there is anyway they could possibly accept that number you would be extremely grateful.;)

The way they look at it is, you could be off-site and saying you are on-site to gain an advantage on your ADRs. So I can see their point but its all dependent on who answers the phone. One CM will allow you to book and 5 others may not.

Don't give up. Either try to get your Disney number or just keep trying to call.:wave:

The last person i got didn't ask me for a reference number just if i was staying on-site and what i did first was book a meal within my date range (can always cancel later) then asked if i could book for Christmas Day - may be worth a try?

I booked my holiday with Virgin holidays when i phoned up i just said the only ref number i had was the uk booking number and not a disney number they just took my virgin booking number and let me book my ADR's i have now phoned up 4 different times to make ADRs and had no issues with just giving the virgin booking number to book the ADR's each time,.

What adrs did you get booked?

We got 5 out of the 6 we wanted, with times almost spot on. The 6th one we want to book is for the 4th Jan, so not available yet.

Today I booked

24th Dec Dinner at Shutters at CBR at 835pm
25th Dec Xmas Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Got booked at 850, was the only time available for the size of the party.
30th Dec Breakfast at Boma
31st Rose & Crown Dinner at 610
1st Jan Breakfast at Chef Mickeys 9am

What adrs did you get booked?

We got 5 out of the 6 we wanted, with times almost spot on. The 6th one we want to book is for the 4th Jan, so not available yet.

Today I booked

24th Dec Dinner at Shutters at CBR at 835pm
25th Dec Xmas Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Got booked at 850, was the only time available for the size of the party.
30th Dec Breakfast at Boma
31st Rose & Crown Dinner at 610
1st Jan Breakfast at Chef Mickeys 9am

After saying i have had no trouble booking my ADRs i must have put Micky Fan's curse on me.
Just called to book new year eve ADR (which i could have booked yesterday) to be told by the CM that i could not book until the 4th July after telling him about the 180 +10 days he still did not understand saying that as i was arriving on the 13th i could then only add 10 days to this date so could only book until 23rd Dec.
In the end i convinced him to try and book what i wanted on his computer and all then went fine and the booking was completed.
So if you have any issue tell them they are wrong and get then to input the request on the system and you will get the booking.

After all the talks with Disney Dining Reservations team yesterday about how IMPORTANT it was to have my disney reference number from TCS - I finally managed to get it from TCS after a lot of arguing - phoned Disney Dining Reservations team again and gave them the number AND THEY STILL WON'T LET ME BOOK FOR XMAS DAY!!

They said it doesn't much matter about the reference number - I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

I am wondering if Fultons is one of the restaurants that only accepts reservations at 180 days from the date of dining. There are onsite restaurants that are like this. I'm wondering if this is why you can't book.:confused2

If this is the case then it wouldn't matter if you are onsite or off they still wouldn't be able to take the reservation.

i can't believe what i am reading! After advice from leanne (thanks by the way) I rang at 12, got straight through to a lovely cm who was happy to let me book everything up to new year with my virgin reference number. I got all the ones i wanted at all the right times! i hope you keep trying, try phoning from a different number or get a friend to useing another name and your ref and see if you can do it, i am curious to see if they have you marked!

I had no problems today booking Liberty tree tavern for christmas eve and had lots of times available. Have not told kids yet dont know how long i will be able to keep it to myself and ds2 loves pluto and goofy.
