chef Mickeys breakfast

Looking to book for a character breakfast a Chef Mickeys as this one seems to get the best reviews.

The question is can I do this if I am not staying at a disney resort?

If not any other recommendations?

is it located in resort? can you gain enrty even though your not staying there?

It is in the Contemporary Resort. You can visit any Disney Hotel to have a look around. If you have a meal booked, just mention this at the security gate and they will give you 3 hour car park pass

We went 3 weeks ago and it was very good with Donald Mickey Minnie
Pluto and Goofy coming out of the kitchen in Chefs clothes then they visit each table individualy for photos and autographs.
