Do you know if Disney caters for Coeliac

Hi my friends DH is a coeliac and she is going to Disney in May, Does anyone know if coeliacs are catered for in the restaurants.

Yes they do.
when you make a resavation let them know and they will give you the phone number to call and discuss your requirements with the chef in advance.

Disney won't fail so long as the have advanced notice of your needs.

Hi I went oct 2007 only problem I had as a coeliac was the lack of vegetarian option .All staff very helpfull . Found some great places outwith disney that had a specific coeliac menu fantastic .(will post when I find the info)
