For anyone that has done this how long does it take to get to the station after the flight ,we are flying in to terminal 2 ,how long do I need to leave in between landing to getting the train?
Our flight is due in 9.15 and there is a tgv at 10,27 ,would I make this one
I am not keen on getting the vea shuttle as have read horror stories of people being pushed around as it will only be me and DD

The station is in CDG airport. If you walk it'll take you about 15 - 20 mins to get to the platform. Actual journey time is less - 10 mins!

You'll be in the right terminal. If you have your ticket already, it should be OK. We had a nightmare trying to use the TGV the other week because of transport strikes. We spent 20 minutes in the wrong queue, and the right queue would have taken us an hour, because they only had one person serving. We couldn't get the machines to give us the correct ticket either.

In the end we gave up, and went to find the VEA stop. But because of the strikes there were traffic jams, and after waiting 45 minutes we gave up and got a taxi! Cost 75 Euros but we didn't care, we just wanted to get there.

Used the TGV on our return from DLP on 11th June, lucky we double-checked times the night before as they had cut out most of the services, so it's worth making sure the train that you want is available.

It cost about 38 euros for two adults and one child (our other little un is only two so free) and took about 10 mins - it's very fast and very comfy

Bloomin long walk though to our gate at CDG, def took longer than the train journey ;)
