I've seen a lot of people mention getting APH rates for Disney hotels. Is there a site where I can see how much money I would save per night if I had a Disney Annual Pass? Also, do you have to have the Annual Pass when you book the hotel, or can you wait until you check in?
Val has a link here (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=105572) that gives further details of the rates offered.
We used the APH rate for 2 rooms at the Boardwalk Inn last May, we were originally staying at POFQ but jumped at the opportunity when the APH rates were released. I can't remember the exact amount we saved but we saved a quite significant amount.
I had my AP before we arrived.
They have changed the rules now regarding how many rooms you can get at AP rate with only one APH. Each room now has to have one APH.

Thanks for the link Clare. I'll contact Val when I'm ready to book the hotels. DH has agreed that we can go back in 2010:).

Does this mean that I would only need an AP for myself and then get normal Disney passes for the rest of the family?

Yes, as long as you've got one AP holder in the room that's fine :)
Great news you're going back - 2010 will soon be here!

I know, I'm so excited. DH didn't take any persuading at all. We went with the kids for a 'once in a lifetime' trip in 2003, but this next trip will be our fourth:d:.
