is prime outlets finished?

going in 3 weeks can anyone tell me how far the developement is going.when we went in october there was a lot of roadworks around there.how long before the mecardo is open again.

It's all finished now.......it's not indoors like it was before, it's all outdoors with some overhead covering. Very nice but OH so busy!

Mercado has been ripped down - its now a building site and I think a hotel/resort is going in there.

My brother/sis in law went to Prime last month whilst I was at DC for the day - they were very disappointed said there's still lots of work going on and that it was very, very quiet compared to the Premiums...

Prime is the one that had the carousel and it was then known as Beltz Factory Outlet Mall.

Mercado has been demolished and it is going to be home to a condo / hotel building complete with a laser light show, restaurants, shopping, etc.. It is going to be the closest thing to something "Vegas" like. Not too sure that is a good thing.

We also go in 3 weeks and i'm looking forward to seeing what is new at Prime
