Thanks, as we're not driving, how far roughly is it from Universal, will need to take taxi?

yes, you would need a taxi but its not far so would not cost much.

P.S. you might be able to get the lynx bus or I Ride trolley - I always drive so cannot help you, but someone will along shortly who can.

There is also the Mall at Millennia, probably another 10 minutes on from Prime Outlets, for which you would definitely need a taxi. That has "regular" shops, i.e. not outlets.
