Just thought that i would let you know that there is rumour of a general public " room only " code possibly about to be announced. Seemingly the US Expedia have posted this http://www.expedia.com/daily/vacatio...d_seasonal.asp
and folks across on another board are getting quite excited that a code may be coming out.
For anyone looking for a few nights on site between Aug and September this might be great news.
Fingers crossed :wavey:

Oops sorry - i just noticed that :( I don't want to post anything that i'm not supposed to, so if anyone wants me to PM the link then i will.
The prices quoted were $69 for value and $109 for a moderate, i'm guessing that tax is still to be added on, but still a significant saving :)
Just noticed that Bozza has kindly posted the link - thanks!
Just to say I am seeing some of those rates now at Expedia.com. Values are $69, some moderates are $109 and Wilderness Lodge is $149.
You need to add tax to all of those prices but still seems pretty decent generally.
Oooh this is interesting, as I couldn't get an Annual Pass Code for our September dates, got AAA but it's not brilliant. Thanks for the link, do you have to pay the whole lot or just a deposit?
Nope, no discounts for my dates (19 Sept for 5 nights), it's showing $149 for CBR. :( Never mind, thanks anyway, it was worth a shot!

Mazzy, your dates should be discounted.
Bev, as they didn't have the AP Rate for my dates, do you think it's worth ringing again to see if they have this rate?

Yes Mazzy I would definitely ring :d: I've just asked Val to see if she can change our AAA rate to a GP rate.

Thanks Caron, I will ring in a minute and see what's on offer. :d:
Just rang and the only moderate they could offer us was Coronado Springs, which neither of us fancied, also it's way out near Animal Kingdom so now as central. Oh well, I've still got the Triple A Rate which works out £25 more over the 5 nights so it's not too bad, but would have liked it to be less! Hope you manage to get it for your dates Caron!

I agree with you Mazzy, we feel the Coronado is quite a way out. You have a good reat with AAA so it's not much less.
Val couldn't get any General Public code for us at the Poly but is trying for something else, I'll let you know;)

Val has managed to change our Poly ressie to GF for just $60 more than we were paying AAA for the Poly. :spin::spin:

I managed to get a courtyard view bunk bed room at WL for our last 3 nights in September and was able to bank our DVC points that I'd book OKW with

Yes first time Mazzy :spin: I always thought it would be too posh for us but at those rates and just for 3 nights I'm sure we will manage.
