A&F US Site

Can anyone tell me how to access the US site for Abercrombie & Fitch, I keep getting directed automatically to the UK site. I understand it's something to do with the IP address and proxies. Have people here got round it to access the US site?

No we haven't and we have tried numerous ways the majority of things on the A&F Uk site are whats in the stores in the USA but just roughly half the price. (Friends of mine went over in May and everything we asked her to get off the UK site was there.)You can access the Hollister site which sells very similar stuff but cheaper again.

I used to always go to the US A&F site but lately ive noticed ive been getting re-directed as well. Must be a new thing.

I think they just have one site as i haven't heared of another site in school yet!

Your best just waiting until you get there and seeing what they have! (it is usually all the stuff from the site!)

I did it about a month ago. Google "Anonymous Proxy Servers" and you should (eventually) find a way to go via another country's IP address (UK IP redirects to .co.uk site).

This will also give you access to a Clearance Section. However, the P&P is expensive - from $40, I think from memory. And, also watch out for Customs Charge. I managed to get one order of £100 OK around Christmas, but was hit with a bill for £30 for an order of £100 on my second attempt. You are still saving money on the UK prices - but not as much. It is exactly the same contents as the site (apart from Clearance) just Dollar prices.

Hi Just done it typed in Anonymous Proxy Servers and then put in the email address and it brought up the correct us site, thanks again

Hello,

Best way is to google it - as these servers are up and down all the time. If you find one, it might work for a while, and then not be working in a few hours.

I ordered stuff from US site to be sent here, but watch - I was stung for Customs charge, that I didn't know about until after 2 weeks after I got the parcel.
