Looks like the deal has been done to build a new park in Pudong, Shanghai province.
It will be 10 square kilometres (about 8 times the size of Hong Kong Disney).
Shanghai will finance it and have the major stake, but Disney will have the royalties and a percentage of the income.
One third of the park may open by 2012.
It will cost 40million Yuan ($5.7m).
