5 bed Villa Oct 2009 plse

My sisterand her family and myself and mine (total 10 people) are looking to book a 5 bed villa with pool for 2 weeks from 24th Oct 2009. We wish to pay approx £500 per week plus the ability to warm the pool efficiently. The villas I have looked at on the DIBB look fab and I wondered if anyone has any availability.
My sister and her family are 1st timers and I am really looking forward to showing my nephews and neice what a magical place Disney World is.

I hope you find a suitable villa to meet your needs. The rate guide you have provided is very low for most of the higher quality 5+ bedroom villas found on the DIBB.

Thanks for asking for a dibb villa. However I have to agree £500 pw is very low for the type of villa you require. Try and see if you can up your budget for a five bed. You won't be disappointed. Good luck in your search!

Have to agree with all of the above. Your budget is very low for a 5 bed at any time, but especially at half term time and with pool heat also included in this price

Hi Lesley,

We are booked fror over half of 2009 now with returning guests but we do have the dates you seek. However, as others have said, your budget is rather low - our rates for that time of year are almost £800 per week plus pool heat ( works out at about £90 per person per week or £13 per person per night). £50 per week per person (as there are ten of you) is very low. It is less than £10 per person night. Most owners will really struggle to make those rates work and keep their villas up to scratch. Most DIBB owners will keep their homes in good condition and well looked after and that is why they charge higher rates to enable them to do so. Thus I am not sure many will be able to help at your rate.

I do appreciate, however, that everyone has their budget that they have to work with (owners included LOL!) and it may be that you need to look at a smaller home or a hotel?
