Ticket worry

I ordered my tickets 3 weeks ago from Attractions tickets direct, and I have phoned up twice to see where they are and they keep telling me not to worry they will arrive. But I didnt listen:blush:and I am worried, any one had the same thing with them

We ordered our orlando flexi tickets with them and we received them within 3 days of ordering them.We ordered our ultimate tickets with them y'day and are guaranteed to be with us by friday.Although you have worried me abit now because we are going next week!I havent heard this about ATD before

Please dont worry Im sure you will get yours on time because you are going next week, maybe they are taking time with mine cos we dont go till August. I know they have a good reputation thats why I ordered with them. DH keeps telling me I am worrying over nothing, but thats what we do apparently all the time;)
Hope your tickets arrive on time, please let me know if they arrive this week and I will get on the phone again about mine

Yes they arrived, strange really, I had a phone call from them saying I could pick me tickets up on Friday, they gave me the numbers etc to quote at the post office, never got a slip through the door from the post office to say to pick them up. So I have them, at last:wavey:

Mine came today, but I did have to ring them. The envelope was marked `urgent`.
They took 9 days in total, and I expect they are really busy at this time of year, but they do say that they will be with you within 7 days.
I will still use them again as they are good with the prices.

Glad you got them we have had great service with ours in the past . Dh paid in full on Thursday so I am hoping to get them early next week.

We got our tickets last time with ATD (wasn't peak time - Nov 07) and there was a delay with them. I did phone and they were great. The reason for our delay was that they didn't have Seaworld tickets and were waiting for more and would send out all our tickets in one go. The also sent an email confirming this so I would give them 10/10 for customer service.

We always get them from ATD they always send recorded / Special D can't remember which but if you ring them they should be able to give you a Royal Mail Tracking Number.

Dh just told me they said 2 weeks ! I don't know why we had them in days last time , maybe just busy period ?

I'm still waiting for mine from Theme Park Tickets Direct - 14 days today. Think I will be giving them a ring tomorrow.
