I'm trying to buy some Annual Passes for Universal through there website.

A few weeks ago I went on to check prices and everything was fine, you could click on begin purchase and be taken to the page where you could add passes to your basket.

But now when I go on to actually purchase the passes, when I click on begin purchase, it takes me to the page that just has the UK tickets on.

Does anyone know the exact address of the page I'm trying to get to, to add the annual passes to my basket?:confused2

This problem seems to be affecting a lot of Brits trying to by APs/7 day passes :(

I have emailed Universal to see why they are doing this but have had no response yet. You could always purchase over the phone?

This drives me nuts as well :nonono:

When you go to the Disney shopping page its the same, takes you to the UK site. What sometiems works for me is to clear all your history, cookies, temp int files etc out your pc then go back onto the page again..


I want AP too for Universal but i am waititng to see if they do the BOGOF offer. I went right through the process to buy some before and it wouldnt let me for some reason, as it would take my uk telephone number, i emailed Universal and they got back to me. I will attach it to here just incase you get the same problem

they obviously wont promote the fact that uk residents can get year passes, it isnt a popular thing, thats why they arnt on any uk ticket site, including universal.

Hi

Just done as i said in the earlier post, cleared out the cookies etc from my PC and managed to go through the process to buy the APs (although i didnt do the payment as i want the BOGOF Offer on an PAP if i can) Try doing this and you should be ok.

Thanks for your posts, tried clearing history, etc, still wouldn't let me, so I've just phoned and bought them over the phone.

For the Disney Shopping, I have saved one of the pages (I think toys) to my favourites and it lets me do it that way.
