Thinking of visiting this Halloween event at Busch Gardens, being avid fans of HHN at Universal. Has anyone been? Whats it like, any tips?
Thanks

It's fab! We went 2 years ago and we're out this this year in October, too. The park itself wasn't very busy and there was a great atmosphere...even in the day! Would really recommend:spin:

We were there in 2006, my son and I thought it was fantastic and my wife and daughter were petrified! If you like HHN I am sure you will love Howl O Scream.
We bought a weekend pass which allowed park and howl o scream admission Thursday through to Sunday and think they were around $80 each.
We went on the Thursday, the park was extremely quiet during the day, we went to the holding area at 5 or 6 PM when the park closed and had the buffet meal with show, which was excellent. We then had exclusive early access to some of the houses before the event opened at 7.30 I think.
There are details in my trip report (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=1171971#post1171971)
Hope you have a great time

thanks guys, it sounds good, we will prob end up doing a dining package ro get early access.
Thanks,
How big is the event? Do they have many houses for example. I was thinking about going to this, but I think all the dates it's on while we're there I've already got booked up with other things, so I'd have to rearrange a few things to free up one of the nights.

Reading back through my trip report there were 5 houses and a few scare zones, and a few shows. Have not been to HHN so cannot compare the 2, but Howl O Scream was great.
