Annual Passes Help [Archive]

We are thinking of buying AP's to Universal and WDW as we are going both this year and next. can anyone tell me the quickest, best and easiest way to buy them? should I wait till I get there in November and buy at the gate or should I buy from the websites before we go? I had a look at the disney site but it seems that UK people cant buy them. Thanks for any info. :wavey:

I left it too late to buy my kids ones before we went so we just bought them there both for Universal and Disney. Easy peasy and great not worrying if I'd left a voucher behind etc plus i didn't part with my money until the last minute.

Previously I'd bought mine and got a lime green voucher to swap in the days when you needed to pre order the DDE card (I think).

BTW keep an eye out for special offers from time to time on the Universal ones though.

I have bought my WDW PAPs but done it by phoning up. I had problems trying to so it online so i gave in called them. No hassles at all, i did not get the vouchers sent to me like Karen (WelshWiz) but i have got a reference number and i will just go to Guest Services when we arrive to collect out tickets.

The universal ones can be done online too but like Karen said, i am waiting also to the last minute to see if they do the buy one year get one year free deal.

If it doesn't then i will buy mine at the gate when i arrive.

When we were in Costco (OBT) in May they were selling 3 month 2 park passes and also 12 month 2 park passes. The 3 month ones were $89 (can't remember how much others were).

Wish i'd seen that one. I've just bought the 2 park, 7 day unexpired option for $79.99 (a while ago) and will keep for 2009 OR 2010!!
