Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has been to the Aquatica park & how did you find it? Is there any pictures floating around?

We went past there in June at 10oclock in the morn on our way to prime outlets and it took an hour and a half to get through the traffic that was trying to get in:omg: when we actually got past it had a sign up to say that it was at full capacity and would re open at 4pm!!!:omg: pleased we decided not to go;)

I was there on Monday and was a bit worried having seen mixed reviews. I am glad to say that I thought the whole place was fantastic!!

We got there for 9am and didn't leave till 7:45pm - we got our moneys worth. One thing we did do was hire a cabana for the day for approx $150 which was great. You have your own area, towels, locker and 16 drinks are provided. You get 20% off food and purchases.

I have to say that I didn't bother with the dolphin plunge ride as the queue was huge but there were loads of things to do instead.

I thought that Typhoon Lagoon would always be my No 1 water park but I think Aquatica is my favourite.

The park did close at 11am but reopened at 3pm.

My tip - get there early!!
