View Full Version : Dine with Shamu ticket problem

I ordered our dine with shamu tickets online from seaworld worlds of discovery floridaparks uk, ordered them nearly a month, after we paid we printed off the confirmation page but it says this is not our e-Ticket, we have not received an e-mail with our e-ticket and cannot get a shopper password to print off our e-tickets. We've e-mailed seaworld but still no response.
If anyone has any advice we'd really appreciate it, so looking forward to the dine with shamu and we haven't told the kids as its a surprise ;)

Same thing happened to me. I emailed them didn't get a response. I didnt even print out the confirmation so didnt have a reference number. Anyway I phoned them directly, they traced my booking and just advised me that all I need to do is to go to guest relations when we arrive at the park give them my booking reference number and they will give us the sit down time for the meal. They advised that I would have to take photo I'D with me - they advised that a photocopy of my passport would be ok.
Hope this helps. Really looking forward to it, heard some really good reviews about the experience :)

We have booked this as well. Our email tells us to take the confirmation email to the park on the day. There is a kiosk that deals with this just inside the park. This should all be in the confirmation email.

Present email confirmation and a Photo ID at our Dining Reservations Counter located inside the main entrance on your left. Reservations cannot be transferred or resold. This Reservation Confirmation is only valid for the person(s) and date listed on your email confirmation

h i I have just booked dine with shamu the first email that I received said order confirmation received and it was being processed. The second email said change in order status this was to confirm that the payment had gone onto my card. You then take your confirmation and photo Id to the dining reservations counter located inside the main entrance on the left. Hope this helps:d:
