Please reassure me - I phoned and bought tickets for Kennedy & arabian nights this evening. Stupidly didn't insist on a booking ref because was told I'd get a confirmation email "in a few minutes" but didn't check becaue had to go out to collect DD. now just checked - no email and no answer to phone either as after 9pm . Aaaaaaaargh:pgig:

you should be ok,this is a very good company and have used before.sometimes confirmation emails take few hours to come through

i shouldnt worry alot of people on here have used them im sure and they are advertised on here so they have got to be reliable! Just give them i phone tomorrow and explain to them and im sure they will understand.They should have your details saved ready to send the tickets!

I ordered tickets from them Monday of last week and received them on the Thursday. Hope you hear from them soon:thumbs-up

Thanks folks - needed someone to tell me not to panic! DH works nightshift so I'm sitting chewing my fingers by myself. Mind you as he's completely paranoid about online/phone shopping fraud it's probably just as well he's not here. I left a message on their answer machine but will call again in the morning if no email by then.

Also maybe this being Independant Day might have an impact as to delay in reply and no one answering the phone - probably knocked off early !!!!

I should nt worry,we got our Disney ultimate tickets from them.Ordered last sat and arrived Weds.Just give them a ring tomrrow,you ll be fine........
