paper ticket

just paid for my park tickets from Thomson's, expecting 'proper' tickets but was told that it would be a print out.

I have read on previous posts that you can change to 'proper' tickets at guest relations in disney but is there anywhere to change them in universal?, i will only get 1 sheet of paper which I'm not sure I would be able to photocopy :confused2

We had paper tickets through Virgin in 2006 and had separate pieces of paper, one for our ultimate tickets and one for our flex ticket. Universal is the same as Disney just go to Guest Relations at the park entrance and hand over your paper ticket and ID and they hand over the real tickets. Easy only took a couple of minutes.
