Hi Nish Family,

Glad to hear you are going to Disney. How exciting!! There are many character meals available. What are the ages of your children and who are they interested in meeting. Some meals may already booked for October. Looking forward to giving you my two cents

Hey i am from fife too.
If you want a character meal then yes you will have to book by phone ASAP.
I would recomend Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary Hotel as it has Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale, Donald and Minnie. It is a buffet. Liberty Tree tavern in MK and Garden Grill in Epcot also do these characters, the other character dining meals are very much Princess orientated.
I have watched videos of Chef Mickeys on Youtube and it looks like great fun, i have an ADR for here in Sept.
You may find at this late stage that you will struggle to get a booking as the Character meals fill up fast.
There is a good website called Allears.net that gives you information including menus about all the disney restaurants

you really need to book your adrs now and decide which character you want to see as certain characters only go to certain restaurants
