Pool at AKL / AKV

Iv read that AKL has the largest Disney pool yet there seems to be very few pics of it

Has anyone stayed at AKL / AKV and have any thoughts or pics of it

It's a large pool and even when it was busy it didn't feel crowded. The water looks murky but that's only an effect created by Disney to give it the look of a watering hole. There were plenty of paces to sit around the pool and the kids enjoyed the slide.

It is a big pool but then it's a large expanse of water rather than the themed pools a lot of the hotels have.

The pool at AKL is a good size but can get busy. You may se some reports stating that its murky however as stated above that is part of the WDW theming to make it look a bit like a watering hole - most pools have a blue bottom surface and sides at AKL it is light brown.

The AKL pool is wonderful. It is so pretty and really does feel like you are totally away from it all !
It does get busy but we never struggled to find sunbeds although they weren't always by the pool edge. Saying that they are lots of lovely little areas perfect for just lying in the wonderful Florida sunshine.
