Where can I get discount Disney Waterpark AP's?

Anyone know if you can get any discounts on the Disney water park annual passes?

Also, my parents are FL residents. Can they buy FL resident tix for me to use or do they look for ID at the turnstile?

Havn't seen discounts on any of the WDW passes inc the Water Parks one.

I'm not sure about the FL Residents passes. If your not a child or stay with your parents then im guessing you wouldn't be able to get the FL Resident discount.
