Can you have a meal in a Disney hotel if you are not staying on site?

Yes you can.

We have tried quite a few of the hotel restaurants and it is always an adventure. Not only the meal but the look see.

My fav. is O'Hana's in the Poly.

As has been said, you can have a meal, have a look round, kids can go on the playgrounds. The only thing you can't do is use the pool.

Yes, you can park there as well if you have a meal booked. They usually give you a pass for up to 3 hours parking, ID is normally asked for.
