Universal Hotels - Fast Pass

Hi

After reading advice on here I am considering booking a night at HRH this October. There will be 4 of us and yes it is more expensive than buying the Express Pass at this time of year but understand the bonus's with riding each ride as often as you like.

I do have a few queries that I would like your advice on before booking though

1. Does anyone know what the check out time of the HRH is - can only see that check in is 4pm

2. If check in is 4pm, how do you get 2 days pass -where do you get your pass from? I read on the Universal site that it is your room key, would you have this before 4pm and after the check out time.....sorry a little confused!!!

3. I have been in October before (06) but only spent a couple of days at US & IOA but planning to spend a lot more time at these parks this time. There were some queues, were quite manageable though and as only there a short time didn't ride more than once. In people's experience is the fast pass still worth it when quieter?

4. Is there parking at the HRH itself?

You can check in from early morning - you will get a 'key' that acts as your express pass even if your room is not ready. You can also use it til the park closes & use the hotel facilities on your check out day.

There is parking at HRH - it costs $15 per night

Yes you can check in and leave your luggage at the hotel. Collect your room key which acts as an express pass and get to the parks for opening time:grin:

As has been said. You can check in any time from 7am i think, though your room will probably not be ready until later. You then FOTL access for that whole day and the next day until the parks close.

We used it last May and it was definately worth it , I can't speak for other times though. You can ccheck in and leave your bags from 8 am but maybe not have the room ready , then use the room key as a fast pass until the end of the following day. There are 5 of us and I wouldn't do it any other way now .So much so we have booked 2 nights this August ! It is the one time dh can have a drink too lol

hi sorry to go off thread-we have booked to stay at hrh for two nights we have also bought theme park tickets-when we booked the hotel said that if we put our credit card into a machine outside universal we would collect our tickets this way- as anybody done this-thanks

We collected our tickets via the credit card machine outside IOA. You will need your reservation number as we had to type this in first. All worked OK.
