Just looking at where to eat while we are out in September. Something different this time.

The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Saragota Springs Resorts looks OK. Is there a dress code here ie trousers etc.

I always wear proper shorts and polo shirt anyway so wondering if that is OK.

Also been looking at the Floridian for a meal. Again is there any sort of dress code at that hotel. Again are proper shorts and polo shirt acceptable.

Many thanks
John

The only place with a rigid dress code is Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian where it is suits for gentlemen and dresses for ladies. Some place like California Grill, Yacht Club Steakhouse like smart casual clothes ie not beach shorts and football shirts. However most places woudl accept "proper" short and polo shirts

It seems the 'signature' restuarants (ie those that use up 2 TS credits if you are on the DDP) have a stricter policy for their dress code, but according to the Dining Guide it means:

Not Allowed: Tank tops, swimwear, hats on men, torn clothes, or cut off trousers etc.
(basically I take this to mean that normal park wear shouldn't be worn)

However I have read reports saying that they aren't often that strict at signature restaurants, but if you want to dress up and feel good doing it then go ahead :D

The other regular restuarants have no dress code

Hi,

There are some "upsacle" dining places in the Dr. Phillips area that require men to wear jackets and ladies to cover up.
