The Shire at Westhaven

I'm just looking at some of my Villa options, and one that looks very tempting is at Westhaven, in The Shire.

I know that this is a very new development (can't even see it on Goole maps!). Does anyone know if there's still development work going on there?

Hi this is my first post so I hope it goes OK!

Have stayed on The Shire before and liked it so much we are going back again next week.

Yes it is a new development and there is still building work going on but we are fortunate and the villa we are staying in is at the front of the development and you do not notice the work noise at all. Don't know how much noise there is further into the development but it is lovely and quiet with good views over a small lake where we stay. Hope this is of help.
