I've paid a 20% deposit only so far, if I cancelled I presume I'd lose this or would ATD maybe transfer the deposit to Universal or Seaworld tickets instead?
Anyone done this?

Why the need to cancel.
Why don't you give them a call. Will you be cancelling completely or going at another time.

 I cancelled my Pirates Dinner Adventure with them a few weeks ago. I had paid in full, they allowed me to have the full refund off the dinner against my balance due in August. They were very fair.:d:

Copied this from their web site
If you cancel your booking
If you decide to cancel you should notify Attraction Tickets Direct immediately. If you have only paid your deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. If you have paid in full, the following cancellation charges will be payable by you and any refund to you will only be paid once the tickets / vouchers have been returned to Attraction Tickets Direct (if you already have them) and have not been defaced or damaged in any way.
Prior to 42 days 28 to 41 days 14 to 27 days 13 days of fewer
Deposit Only 30% 40% 50%
So if you want to move your deposit to pay for other tickets I would give them a ring as its looks as though you would loose out otherwise.
