My Park & Day planner - Advice Please.

We have not visited Orlando for 8 yrs as we have been going to the west coast.
We are a party of just 2 adults going in Sept for 11 days, we are not doing Disney this time as we have all ready booked that for next June as we want a full 2 weeks there.
So this time we are doing the other parks, we have all ready got the Universal / IOA 3 day 2park ticket and the Sea World & Busch gardens ticket with free return visit.
This is our idea for what to do each day. I have checked out on the Dibb what are the quiet days at parks. Any advice on our plan would be much appreciated.

MON: Flight then after checked into I drive hotel go walmart for things we need for our holiday.
TUE: SeaWorld
WED: Universal
THUR: IOA
FRI: Daytona 500 experience & Daytona Beach
SAT: Shopping ~ Florida Mall, Festival bay & Prime outlets
SUN: Kissimmee Old Town & Relax by the pool
MON: Busch Gardens
TUE: SeaWorld ( Free return visit )
WED: Universal / IOA ( 3rd visit on 3day ticket )
THUR: DTD check in
DTD Lunch and Shopping.

i can see one problem...

i am 99% sure that the universal tickets expire 7 days after the first use, and you have 8 days between your first and last visit. ie your first visit is on day 1 and your last is on day 8. you will need to check this but if it is the 2 day/ 2 park with 3rd day free then it is a 7 day admission period

other than that it looks good!
