We go in November and although I was leaning toward getting Ultimate 14 day tickets, I am not sure we will use all the days. We probably will only spend 6 or 7 days at WDW in total. I like the sound of MYW tickets, but although they come out a little more expensive for 8-10 days than the Ultimate, if you add the Hopper/Non expiration bit, we could always use the non-expired days left on our next trip in 2010, which will be a 50/50 WDW/Vero Beach trip, so again, not solidly in the parks.
We go for 2 weeks and plan to do IOA and US too for 3 days, as we have never been there at all, shop for a couple, maybe go to Kennedy again and spend a beach day, which only leaves a few Disney days.
What do you think??
Just reading your post, and it seems we have the same countdown, exciting aye.....We were unsure which Disney ticket to get.But we chose the 14 day ultimate as it was on offer and not much more than the 7 day one.Pretty sure we won t use them all but we are there for 17 days so we can come and go as we please.Noticed the MVMCP,so have you booked your tickets yet,and which evening are you going?

Hi Cerisa :wavey: I think I'd opt for the 10 day MYW non expiry tix as you've been a few times before so you know how to maximise your routes around the parks and can pad out your 2 trips with Universal tix etc I'd also say that the 7 day Universal tix are better value than the 2/3 day tix.

We had this dilemma in April and ended up getting the Ultimate tickets. I'm glad that we did as we had a couple of days where the weather suddenly turned really bad half way through the day and so ended up leaving the parks and returning another day. The other thing that I like about the Ultimate tickets is that you could spend most of the day at US/IOA and then go to Epcot just for the evening without feeling as though you're wasting a days ticket.

We are going to get the MYW 10 day non-expiry when we go in 2010. We are only going to do 5 or 6 days at disney parks and a couple of water parks. The last 2 years we have done all the parks so this will be a good option for us and then when we go back again we have disney park tickets ready to use:) I would go for the MYW if I was you and those are your plans.
