Day tickets for Disney [Archive]

Can you get day tickets for Disney?

I have missed Disney out of our trip and instead went for Universal and the Orlando flexi but everyone keeps telling me I'm missing out if I don't go to Disney.

However I can't afford to add the full disney tickets so I was wondering if they do day tickets so you can sort of pay at the gates and maybe just go to see specific parts of Disney that you really want to see?

Yes you can get day tickets which you can get at the ticket and transport centre. We have done this previously as we have only wanted to see one or two parks during our holidays

i am also looking at a day ticket but the cheapest way seems to be a 4 day base ticket cos one day is about the sme price

Yes its not as cheap as getting multi day tickets

We paid on the door at EPCOT in 2006 and it was about $64 plus tax each.

It's mainly animal kingdom we want to see, perhaps Blizzard Beach too? Is there anywhere online I could look at prices?

you can get a day ticket but you sould try for one thats a hopper then you can do all the parks in one day well the parts you want to do that is hope it helps you paul :wavey:

Ticket agencies charge a $5 surcharge for 1 & 2 day tickets. You are better off getting them on the gate :) There is a link on Bev's ticket sticky (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=129613) tat will give you prices
1 day ticket $71 + tax
1 day hopper $116 + tax
