windows vista

my new pc is windows vista every so often when on internet it stops goes blank ish then up pops a thing saying windows needs your permission to continue .[ in little info box it says if you started this action allow if not deny] but i have not started it so allways deny it .but it happens on websites like easy jet , ryanair ,also my spybot sometimes asks me about pc changing a registry entry allow or deny i allways deny
any 1 know what it is
when i deny it my pc carries on has normal no probs at all

This is caused by Vista's "UAC" (User Account Control)
