If it was to late to obtain a visa to travel to America What would be the most likely outcome when you hit customs.

Truth is, none of can give you the definative answer you require.

Although no one can say for sure - my guess would be if you needed one for whatever reason and didn't get one they wouldn't let you in.

And just to add! If the person travelling has no visa and gets refused entry they can also send the whole family home! It has happened!

There was a post on here some time back about the Dad of a family who was refused entry and sent home on arrival over an un-paid parking ticket on a previous trip... If they refused him on that - I think the previous posters advice would be factual.

I am certain you would be refused entry if it was something they were aware of. You need to contact the embassy . It is difficult without knowing the circumstances but I suspect if it is of a legal nature the topic would be banned here .
