Using more than one quote

Hi Guy's, How do you use more than one quote when replying to a post ?

If you click on this little icon http://img397.imageshack.us/img397/3613/quotedq6.png in the bottom right hand corner of each post it will turn red, click the reply button and the quotes will appear like magic.
