Massive countdowns!

Everyone's countdown is showing around 2500 days to go. Obviously this is not right. Is it my trusty 4 year old laptop :grin: or is everyone getting this? :confused2

it probably means tghe date on your computer is wrong. Yours is showing 350 days to me.

:pgig::pgig::pgig: Yes you're completely correct. My trusty 4 year old laptop decided it was 1st January 2002. All is well again.

Same thing happened to me. I changed the date on the PC, but when I switched it off and unplugged it at the wall, the date went back again, so I was changing the date every time I switched it on.

In the end I found out that there is a battery in the CPU/tower that powers the date function. I needed to replace the battery.

This might be the problem with yours??
