I've booked 4 nights at the RPR next March.

Because you can't yet book on line, I had to call the hotel itself to make the reservation.

I've since become a member of Loews First. Anyone know if that would have got me any discount and also if when I arrive at the hotel will it give me any privilages since I only became a member after my booking?

No discounts but if you give them your number you can have milk and cookies or a bottle of wine to your room.

They've stopped this now Carys - I emailed them and asked how I could get them next trip as we didn't on the last one.
The reply said that they were no longer doing this, but there would be other perks - people would be automatically transferred over to the new scheme and check out the Loews First website for updates.

thanks for the replies.

When I applied to join, they did ask what I would like on arrival and opted for something - can't remember what now!

My booking was made before this, so I'm not sure whether I would get the 'gift'. I suppose I can show them my membership card when I arrive.:)

We didn't get it last year but this time the lady on the phone asked me when we booked which one we would want :confused2

It's very confusing - I'm on the site now and it seems for 0-1 stays you get no "benefits" but 250 points. Then for 2-5 stays, you get 500points, free internet access, free gym, room upgrade and late checkout.
This will be my second stay so not sure which one I am?:confused2

This will be our second too and we have another night booked so that will be our 3rd ! I doubt we will get anything unless we ask !

that's my dilemma. I'd like to know if I qualify for them ' perks' even though I became a Loews member after I booked the hotel room.

Think so - my hotel booking was not made through them - via a TA, so that was why we did not get the goodies last time.
If you email them to clarify - they are really good at replying to you.

I am sure you can book on-line!
