For a while I haven't been able to burn music or photos to CD/DVD. We bought a new DVD burner today and the same error message is still popping up - it says "please insert a disc into drive F"? I think I have just realised that the DVD writer should be drive E not F? I am a complete computer idiot and have spent the last two hours trying to find out the problem. Any ideas please?
