View Full Version : Titanic Exhibition
Quite some time ago it was reported that the Titanic exhibition was evictated from its premisses on I Drive.
Does anyone know where it has relocated to, or has it been disbanded never to be seen again?
We really enjoyed this attraction, found it very interesting.:thumbs-up:thumbs-up

They are at the Orlando Science Center (http://www.osc.org/InDash_Display.aspx?PGID=351) and should be there until the end of the year or until their new location is ready.
They do have a main website (http://www.titanictheexperience.com/) so you might want to take a look there as well.

I couldnt imagine the american version of the Titanic story. Its probably based more on the film than real life :)

I think you'd be quite surprised if you went and learned about the collection and the man that owns it. They have a very extensive website and he is very passionate about the actual subject itself. I think it came to be a public exhibit because of the movie but it isn't based on the movie.

I quite fancy a trip to the Science Museum but DH is not so keen :( Do you think a 9yr old boy would enjoy it??

Our Science Center isn't anything like the ones in the UK (quite small I think) but there are some great hands on 'experiements' to try and they have animals there (aligators, snakes, spiders, etc.) that the kids always like. Typically there is a traveling exhibit so it is always changing. The other GREAT option there is the Cinedome. My DH and I go there just to watch a film. That theatre is AMAZING!! I think your son would enjoy it. It is easy to get to from I-4 as well.
