My Personal Opinion I would go to Blizzard beach (i prefer Typhoon Lagoon) day after MK as you will need to relax you get so tired your feet start talking to you
then Next Day Epcot
the Seaworld
Them AK
everything else is fine

Looks good!! It's a tradition with us, but we always go to MK on the first day. It's so magical & you really feel you've 'arrived' seeing the castle :D
You also have Epcot, AK, Seaworld, then moving hotels - could be a bit heavy going, so maybe in between that you could put one of your 'free' days?

Have you enough days on your tickets to maybe do EPCOT over two days. Its a huge park to cover properly in one day.
We do Futureland first time, come away around teatime-ish. Second time we do World Showcase but dont go until it opens at 11am. Stay this time for the fireworks at 9pm.

Ok Changed things around a wee bit, problem is i only have 14 day disney tickets. Thats why i have put off magic kingdom for a couple of days so that we can go back again nearer the end of the trip.
What dya think .............. any suggestions for something to do on the 5th? Bearing in mind kids ages.

How about a character breakfast in the morning, park for a bit, and then back to the hotel for a lazy afternoon? Chef Mickey's at the contemporary is meant to be really good (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=1567287&postcount=2) or the character breakfast at Crystal Palace (at MK) (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=147660)
(Edit: But if you're trying to wait a few days before using your tickets this wouldn't be possible, sorry!)

We are going/coming home the same days as you!
I would very strongly suggest you change the 15th from Hollywood Studios. It is super soap weekend so the park will be packed. They usually have a lot of people queuing to get in early and will shut the gates if it gets full.
Also, I am not sure if you know but on your last night there MMVMCP in the Magic Kingdom so the park will close early (7pm) and if they run wishes it will be at 6 (they sometimes don't show it as the MMVMCP has it's own firework display.
