Do you mean your avatar?

Click on User CP near the top of the page and then Edit Avatar.

Not sure if you need to have made a certain number of posts before you can add an avatar picture though.

Click on User CP near the top of the page. Then under Settings, click on edit Avatar. There are lots of pics to choose from. However, if you wanted one of your own pics as an avatar, I'm pretty sure you have to become a pass holder for that.

Yes I think you have to have posted alot before you can put on an Avator.
