4-18 Apr 09 - New availability request

This is my first post, and from reading for hours and hours, I hope this hits the right buttons!!

I have already booked flights to be in Orlando 4-18 Apr 09 for my first ever trip. We are a family of 4 (kids are 9 and 11) who would like a Villa with pool.
Preferably , we want a villa with private pool but would sacrifice further villa facilities for a reasonable resort which has a bit more than a 25 yd rectangle as a community pool for those 'relaxing days'. Of course Kissimmee, being closer to MK would be better than Davenport, but we are flexible in all respects.

We are also budget constrained and would hope for something less than £600 all in (inc pool heating).

My research tells me that this might just be possible, but dependant on resort location. (ie futrher away from MK, it gets cheaper.)

Question; What can you offer me close to these requirements with availbility 4-18 Apr 09?

Hi Mike, I have availabilty for your dates but £600.00 all in for the 2 weeks does seem a bit cheap, you are also talking about going at Easter, your more than welcome to look at out web site if you wish.

We are already booked for part of your dates but I would say to you that if you have found somewhere for £600 for those dates then go for it. Just be aware of where it is and research it carefully.

we are free for the dates you want in april but as it is easter will be no where near £600.00 if you want a quote please contact me

Sadly I can not offer you any of our homes for £600 and frankly if any one does this they are really desperate and also you get what you pay for. This rate is so musch less than a motel price. Owners have to work hard to buy their homes and to let them at this rate is suicidal. Electric and water costs and the departure clean would eat up most of the £600. If you can get it then good luck.
