Winter Boots

Hi

Can anyone tell me the best places to go to buy winter boots?, preferably knee high and flat or wedge heel - do you think there will be plenty about? not sure if they are a big thing in Orlando due to the weather??? :confused2

Will also be on the lookout for 'petite' jeans? - any ideas?
