What do you think is the scariest ride at WDW/ Universal? [Archive]

Hi, I was wondering what your most scariest ride at disneyworld or any of the universal parks is?

I am 12 now and hope to go on all the fast ones. I was'nt tall enough last time we went.

I hope to get my Dad on all of them as well, coz hes a bit of a chicken.:pgig:

Would luv to know what u think is the scariest. Thankyou

although my 6 yr old DD loves it the worst ride for me scariest is tower of terror

I think Dr Doom's Fearfall at IOA - scariest thing I've ever been on! (but still gteat fun! :thumbs-up)

Tower of Terror at MGM Studios has to be the scariest if you have never done it before. The whole build up and atmosphere leaves you wonderering what to expect. It is a rush. Make sure you select the queue for the fastest ride as the slower altenative is not as good.

The Hulk roller coster at Ialands of adventure is also very good as is Aero Smith roller coaster at MGM.

The tower of terror.
My DS no2 who is only 8 (nearly 9) absolutley freaked out. I dont think he will be going on this year.

i would definately have to say its a small world at disney and jaws at universal. im 23 and that ride terrifies me. ( i dont have a phobia of sharks or anything.... i just have a phobia of jaws lol) :eek:

What do you mean? I wasn't aware of this...

For me it would be TOT, Fearfall, Hulk and Mission Space.

Tower of Terror is the only ride I will never go on again. 'Nuff said!

Doctor Doom is ace and not at all scary IMHO. Just goes to show, one man's meat is another man's poison.

hmm now i realy dont like the Tcup ride in disney and the similar thing at IOA they make me feel queezy ,cheetah chase at bush gardens :omg: scares me

I agree with that, and yet I could go on Shiekra all day long. The small rides do bang or spin you too much.

DR. Doom is actually not that bad and I think that the scariest would have to be the kraken at sea world or dueling dragons at IOA. I am 12 too and I really enjoyed these rides. Also, I think that although it is not that scary, ripsaw falls in IOA is an amazing ride.

That's the one I posted about on a similar thread in here, but I couldn't remember its name. Thank you.

RnR Coaster is my favourite ride and not at all scary, unless you are the type to get scared by it!

I agree about TOT - I've done it quite a few times now but I remember how terrified I was the first time! The whole theming...nevermind the drops.....just make it pretty scary! Fab ride though, one of my favourites :D

I also think Jaws can be pretty jumpy the first time you do it!!

There are no scary rides at WDW or Universal

Sheikra is a bit scary, but that's at Busch gardens

Having said that, wild horses wouldn't drag me on It's a Small World

Funny, I always thought it was a random thing how many drops you get.

Front row of Kraken at Seaworld is definitely:omg::omg:

For Disney / Universal it has to be 'its a small world'. Just the mere mention of the kids saying they want to go on it brings me out in a sweat; caused by the thought of having that darned song run round my head for the remainder of the holiday........

the scariest ride at WDW is probably Tower Of Terror
(but don't let that put you off, i personally think it's the best ride too :D)

as for Universal, "The Mummy" is quite a scary ride!
But, again, it's brilliant!

So go on both of these :D:D

Got to agree with most other answers that ToT is Disney's "scariest" ride - and its best and my favourite.

Not sure whether Universal's is Dr Doom, Kraken or The Mummy but again they are scary and favourites.:pgig::pgig:
