Help with visitor messages pls!!

Can someone explain how vm's work pls, Having problems getting vms from Scooterdevil, hers to me don't seem to show on my messages or on "view conversation" bit, but mine to her do show up, not sure what we're doing differently:confused2

When someone sends you a visitor message you dont answer on the column for messages in your profile. You press on the person's name and write the message. Then it will show up in their profile area. :smile:
