Coming around to the villa idea for next april / may 09 time

Hi,

I usually go on an extended family / friends trip once a year somewhere, and am thinking about a villa (yours maybe?) for our next trip.

The group consists of three adult couples, with 4 extras aged 19, 17, 13, and 11.

I guess that means we would like 5 bedrooms, with at least two of the rooms being twin beds for the youngsters. And we would want a property with a pool as well please

Not being used to Villa rental, are any (is yours?) located within walking distance of restaurants / bars (as cooking evening time won't be high in the popularity stakes I suspect :confused2 ).

Sorry for very vague dates at the moment, but will be outside of Easter / terms I suspect.

Also thinking of beach type villa, id anyone owns one that they rent out?

Not sure what you mean by a beach type villa but take a look at www.windsorhills.biz, 5 well spaced bedrooms each with their own bathroom. South facing pool and spa. 3 x king/queens and 2 bedrooms each with 2 singles.

We have a great Clubhouse and community pool for teens. Bars and restaurants are about 1 mile away on the 192 or you can order in.

I am sure that you won't regret choosing a villa for your next trip! For a party of your size there will be soooo much more room for you all. Also you can never beat having the pool (and spa in some cases) all to yourself.

We have a 5 bed villa available for dates outside the school hols. Our villa is located just off the 192 where you will find lots of restaurants. There are 3 double bedrooms including 2 of them en-suite and two twin rooms for the younger ones.
