Does anyone else have difficulty hearing the CM's at Disney Dining when calling for an ADR?
When you go through the automated part at the beginning its really loud and clear but as soon as I get put through to a CM its soooo quiet I can barely hear what they are saying and feel so rude saying "pardon" " excuse me" all the time?
Does anyone else have this or is just me who may require a hearing aid in the near future??;):tounge:

No problems here - in fact it usually sounds like they are in the next room

Yes I think once I called back as neither of us could hear each other very well.

The last time I called I had to ring back 4 times.just to get a CM who I could hear and understand. It was a real pain.
Don't think I'm ready for a hearing aid just yet ;)

Funny that, I found the opposite to be true. Founf the initial menu's quiet then the CM plenty loud enough.
Had a call a week or two back where the Cast Member was soooooo quiet. I was really forcing the phone against my ear just so I could hear when they were speaking. I'm pretty sure it's been fine every other time though.

From experience of taking calls all day it might possibly be that the microphone on their headset is set to far away from their mouth. Ask them if it is possible for them to put the mike nearer their mouth as you are having problems hearing them:blush:
