Eating around the 192 area

This will be our first trip off site.
We are staying at the Emerald Island resort villa's and would like any information about the restaurants in this area please.
Please tell me where you would recommend for an evening out.

It really depends on what you want.
Bob Evans is an American style diner on the 192 - very reasonable and nice food.
There's a fantastic Italian pizza place too but can't remember the name and then all the usuals - Sizzlers, Golden Corral, Denny's etc.

Theres loads of choice on the 192 from pizza to buffet resturants to steakhouse to Diner! I'll list a few - Ponderosa, Golden corrall, Dennys, I-hop, cattlemans, blackangus, bob evans, TGI's, ruby tuesday, magic minning co, Houlihans, Carrabas itialian, red lobster, Bennigans, chillis, olive garden, Applebees, Tony romas, hooters, Sonnys, friendlys, to mention a few!! theres also the usual take aways like macdonalds and Wendys!

Formosa Gardens village is nearby and you have Outback, Giordanos, TGIs, Cracker Barrell. IHOP, Longhorns, Perkins, Red Lobster are all nearby too :wavey:

You will be amazed at how many restaurants are there!

Logans Road House and Longhorn Steakhouse are favs of ours as well as others that have been mentioned.

ETA - If you're a fan of burgers and are visiting Old Town, Checkers are a must.

Formosa gardens boulevard is at the bottom of the road I would recommend Outback steakhouse, TGI fridays, Houlihans all faves of ours avoid Giordanos it was the most horrendous food I have ever tasted in Florida truely awful!!

There's plenty to choose from at Formosa Gardens, our favourite restaurant is Carrabas - it's Italian and very nice

Go to TGIs and have a Mango Mai Tai - delicious :beer2: , although not too keen on the food there

Two of my favourites would be the Outback Steakhouse and Chilis. I can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal in either.
