Went out last night for a meal at Tony Roma's in Xscape, Braehead. What a lovely meal - I had the New York strip steak, which was cooked to perfection, the 'smokin hot wife' had the Chicken Alfredo while the kids went for the chicken tenderloin platter (DD) and the Roma burger (DS). Everyone enjoyed their food and the excellent service, After that it was up the stairs to the Odeon to watch Wall*E which was fantastic....if you haven't seen it yet then get out there tonight, best Disney /Pixar film for ages.

That's good to hear:grin:, especially as some of the USA restuarants don't always seem to transfer well to the UK this seems to be an exception.

Yum Yum.We LOVE Tony Romas at Braehead.Particularly the coconut shrimp and loaded jacket. It just isn't the same in the US.

We were at Tony Roma's on Monday for some ribs. I was prepared to be disappointed but they were every bit as lovely as they are in the US, just the bill that was a bit of a shock.

For all those in the East of Scotland, rumour is that there will be a Tony Roma's in the new shopping centre that is being built in Livingston, i.e. the Elements. This shopping centre is due to open later this year (think around October).

Cannot wait. I will be in there constantly.

We love Tony Romas and were so excited when it opened at Braehead, we made a special trip through from Fife, how sad but oh my god it was so good, we had the baked potato soup (absolutely delicious) and we both had the baby back ribs, tasted just like they do in Florida, and brought back lots of happy memories
Highly recommended
Hope the rumour is true that one is opening at Livingstone as not so far to travel !

They seriously need to open one of these mid-England.

I think Leeds would be a good choice ;)

I agree.

I think the retail park at Birstall (M62) would be ideal. :tounge:
