Hi just some advice really. My hubby is about 6.5, 20 stone! he needs at least a XXL in shirts and 54 waist. Any ideas where he is best shopping in america - he is a little overweight - but generally a big bloke! we thought ralph lauren? any other ideas. Shoes are also an issue he is a 14 shoe sometimes 15! - any suggestions.

there is definitely a shop on International Drive that caters for 'big men', it is up near to Festival Bay etc. it sticks in my mind because there is and I Ride stop outside it and we have stopped there many times.
I'm sure someone will be along with more accurate info

to be honest, that is not large in america! dh is on the big side and we get really nice golfing type t-shirts and shorts etc in walmart no problem. i was surprised how well they wash.

DH is a XXL and he gets no end of stuff - he loves JC Penney and gets stuff in Walmart as well.
Most of the mens shops go to at least XXXL as standard and quite a few have ranges bigger than that.

He is a 12 shoe which he gets no problem and we have seen many styles in bigger sizes in the outlet malls

Check out J C Penney - their website shows the sorts of sizes/heights they do:

I know that when we have shopped for DW's Gandy we have had no problems with getting large clothing. We like the Big Dog Shop but was able to get plenty of choice in most shops any way!
