Steak in Peppercorn Sauce

I love the steaks in Orlando and have been to a lot of the major steakhouses, but I've yet to find a really good creamy peppercorn sauce to accompany my steak - has anybody got any ideas as to where I should try?:)

I'm sure I've seen this, now racking my brains as to where?
Think it may be the Yachtsman Steakhouse - off to check the menu and see if it's there.
