:wavey:it was the dry skin body oil, i think it comes in a spray, in the skin so soft range apparently lord lichfield swears by it for his models when they are doing photo shoots:wavey:

Thanks for the info ,I'm certainly going to try this, I seem to be the only one in our family they like to bite and I come out in large lumps,I think I must be allergic to them.

This works for me and I'm a real mossie magnet. I think it was the woodland dry oil spray I bought last time.

Definately Woodland, my hubbie has been using it for years on the golf course.

I always use Skin So Soft Soft & Sensual Dual Softening Body Oil. It's on offer, BOGOF on the Avon UK website. It's light and not at all greasy and leaves my skin so soft. It also smells lovely. I don't get bitten at all so it must be doing something.

I use the green one & it seems to work. mind you i also take vitamin B1 for a few weeks before i go as apparently it makes you skin taste/smell? funny to them & they wont bite you. I also bought some of those battery operated things that you clip on your clothes & it emits a high pitched noise to deter them, but i havent used them yet.

In the brochure that was dropped through my door on Saturday, the gragrances are 'Soft and Sensual' and 'Soft and Fresh'. Which one should I get?

Hi

I am an Avon rep and you need to buy the green/blue dry oil spray = soft and fresh not the pink one - the pink one won't work.

Have used it both in Florida and Kenya and it seems to work!!! I have a lady who buys it to keep the mozzies off her horses and she says it works!!!!!!:spin:

Hope this is of some help,

Julie x
